Walk-in Service

Enjoy peace of mind with a touch of convenience through same-day service at any of our 1,000+ Authorized Service Centers and Samsung service locations.

The Samsung Care Network has enough locations across the country that 75% of Americans have access to one of the participating locations. At those locations, most repairs are made within two hours with a prior appointment at 3pm or before and for Galaxy S21 Models and Up.

Both in-warranty and out-of-warranty service-from replacing a cracked screen to repairing a faulty charging port-are included, and all requires are handled by certified technicians using genuine Samsung parts. 

Mail-in service

Mail-in service offers a variety of screen repair solutions, like a screen re placement that uses fewer parts to repair your device at a lower cost.

Simply create your repair ticket in a few clicks via our online self-service portal, and request a box with a prepaid label to be shipped to you. Samsung uses 97%+ plastic-free packaging, sustainable forest certified (SFI) paper and 50%+ recycled content (PCR) shipping boxes for sending devices to customers after repair in Mail-In or if a box is requested by a customer.

Or simply drop your phone off at your nearby UPS Store for one-stop packaging and shipping directly back to us.

Partnering Locations

We offer another option for receiving service through our partnering Independent Service Providers (ISPs).

Repairs are done at Wireless Industry Service Excellence-certified locations by CTIA-certified, trained technicians- using Samsung genuine parts that are OEM manufactured and authorized, with a wide variety of out-of-warranty services eligible for repair.


We’ve partnered with iFixit, the leading online repair community, to equip and empower our DIV-centric customers to take charge of their own mobile repairs - from replacing a phone screen to back glass or charging ports.

With helpful step-by-step guides, genuine Samsung parts and responsible recycling options at your disposal, you can truly take care with self-repair. This same service is also available through Samsung and our typical retail and service locations for the same convenient price.
