How the Samsung Business Trade-In Program works
Choose
Select your new business devices and the devices you want to trade in to view the estimated trade-in value. Up to a limit, you’ll receive instant credit for your eligible devices. Otherwise, you’ll receive post-purchase credit for your devices.
Prepare
Check if your devices meet our eligibility requirements. Once you receive your new business devices, transfer your data, factory reset your trade-in devices, and disable security protection features such as screen locks.
Ship
Once your trade-in devices are prepared, print the provided return label and send us your trade-ins packed in one shipment.
Post-Purchase Credit
After Samsung receives and verifies the condition of your devices, you’ll receive credit for them.
