How much will my repair cost?

The specifics of your repair cost will vary based upon your diagnosis, warranty status, and repair-type selected. What information do I need before beginning my repair request?

 It is always helpful to have your product model number, serial number, or IMEI (the unique identifying number used for mobile phones) before beginning your repair. Click here to learn how to find yours.

Do I need a Samsung Account to start a repair request?

Signing in to or creating your own Samsung Account is the best way to create a repair request so that you can receive our highest-level of personalized service. However, you can also create repair requests as a Guest for walk-in and in-home service. Currently, mail-in service requires the use of a Samsung Account.

My product is working fine, but I am missing a part. What can I do?

Shopping on Samsung Parts , an authorized distributor of Samsung parts and accessories, may provide you with what you need.

How do I update or check my warranty status?

You can check your warranty status by signing into your Samsung Account on the top right of the page. Once you are signed in, look under 'My Products' to see the status of all your registered products. If we have an incorrect warranty date, just click 'Review Warranty' and upload proof of purchase and we can update your status.
